August 8, 2019
Qufan Internet Tech Ltd. has entered into an exclusive relationship with the Tumas Group, which has the potential to change the way we think about live and mobile poker.
Tomino Services Ltd. (TUMAS group) and Qufan Internet Technology Ltd. have established a one-of-a-kind exclusive cooperation. Qufan Internet Technology Ltd. becomes the Portomaso Casino's official Mobile Poker Partner, using its proprietary Pokio software.
Pokio is the first native social poker app for mobile devices to be granted a real money license by the Malta Gaming Authority, with innovative features and a game-changing club model that allows players and corporate partners to create their club within the platform and collect the majority of the gaming revenue generated by their club members.
The software is completely connected with all major social media platforms, allowing club owners to broadcast their games in real-time with their social networks. It also includes unique security features such as facial recognition login and risk reduction options like all-in insurance.
Portomaso Casino Malta, which is part of the TUMAS group, has swiftly established itself as a must-visit for both residents and visitors. Malta hosts everything from slot machines to poker games and tournaments, the casino provides a wide range of gaming alternatives. Roulette, Black Jack, and Punto Banco are among the table games available, with a variety of money levels to suit all sorts of gamers. The Casino's objective is to make guests feel at ease while also offering them a thrilling gaming experience in a magnificent setting. Regular international poker tournaments and unique gaming events are held at Portomaso Casino.
Manuel Lopes, Qufan Internet Technology's Chief Executive Officer: "We are ecstatic to begin working with the foremost name in the Maltese casino business. Portomaso is an incredible brand with an incredible product and, most importantly, incredible people. They are unquestionably the best poker players on the island and in Europe. This is a one-of-a-kind initiative, and I am excited to share it with you. For the first time, a brick-and-mortar casino chain has teamed up with a Regulated Real Money Social Poker smartphone app. I'm really happy to follow Portomaso's private club on Pokio, and I'm convinced that we'll have a long and fruitful cooperation."
"We are happy to work with Qufan and announce our plans to add Pokio to our portfolio," says Patrick Demanuele, Chief Operating Officer of TUMAS Gaming Ltd. Portomaso has always been associated with poker, and we've finally found a powerful partner to assist us in bridging the gap between land-based and online poker. Our players will be a member of a hybrid club, which will allow them to play remotely while still receiving the perks and support of a traditional casino. The inaugural event will be held on May 8th at Portomaso Casino, with top management from both Qufan and Tumas Gaming in attendance to kick off the partnership and meet the players in person. Tournament schedules, satellites for international events, and freerolls will be revealed that night."
The Malta Gaming Authority has granted Portomaso Casino the MGA/B2C/103/2000 license. To enter, Maltese nationals must be 25 years old, whereas non-Maltese citizens must be 18 years old. For first-time registrations, a valid document is necessary.
