OPEN FACE CHINESE

The Fundamentals

1. Classic Open Face Chinese Poker (OFC) is a game for two to three players in which the players must construct a Chinese Poker hand consisting of five cards handed during the first round and the remaining eight cards dealt every other round.

2. Cards must be sorted into three rolls: top, middle, and bottom. The cards are scored and compared in the same way as ordinary poker hands are (for example, a flush beats a straight, quads beat a full house, etc.). Furthermore, OFC awards distinct point bonuses for good hands in each row.

3. In OFC, it is strictly stated that the middle hand must be at least as excellent as the top hand, and the bottom hand must be at least as good as the middle hand. Otherwise, the entire hand is "foul".

4. If a player's hand has fouled (failed to qualify), then the player gets a zero for the frame as long as the rest of the players make a qualifying hand, the fouled player will be beaten on his or her top, middle, and bottom.

System of scoring

1. 1. On each row, the players' hands are compared. Every victorious row earns one basis point.

2. If all three rows win, the player will receive an additional three points.

3. Special card configurations can get you additional points.

4. A player's overall score is calculated as follows: Total score = base points (number of winning rows) + bonus points (card configurations) + three additional winning points.

5. The following is the outcome of each game: Total score + bets = result

Fantasyland

1. If a player's eligible hand has QQs or higher on top, he or she will enter "Fantasyland" the following hand. The player is handed all 14 cards at once in this mode and must pick 13 of them.

2. All other players must not stand up or leave the table when Fantasyland is triggered.

3. To stay in Fantasyland, you must meet one of the following requirements:

a. On top, Three of a Kind;

b. Quads or higher on the bottom.
