Do you have a grievance?

Despite our best efforts, it's possible that you're having trouble playing Pokio. If this occurs, our expert customer service staff will do everything necessary to address the problem as fast and effectively as possible.

To file a complaint, write an email to support@pokio.pro, with the details of your concern, including your registered email address. If you contact us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CET Monday through Friday, we will respond within 24 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the response to your request, we shall refer you to Promediate (https://www.promediate.co.uk/), where you may make an official complaint. According to the MGA's ADR mandate, Promediate is our licensed ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) partner (Malta Gaming Authority).
