Any illegal access to or import of Players' data is strictly banned. IT personnel's access privileges to the system and database (particularly those who maintain the Players' information database) are highly regulated so that their activities may be watched and audited at the same time.

A range of procedures, including the firewall, has been established to ensure the security of the servers. The Company also has strong access control and a confidentiality agreement in place to ensure that the Players' information is not disclosed.

Data bank will create a separate account for players to keep their monies, as required by Section 41 of the Remote Gaming Regulations. As required by the Regulations, the Company must ensure that the Players' Accounts are protected by a statement from the aforementioned Bank preventing the Players' monies from being attacked by third parties.

To ensure system integrity and fairness at the tables, our system runs random security checks and other log-file analysis. If we discover any players engaging in collusion or dishonest methods, we will promptly terminate their accounts.
